New Condo Coming Soon to Downtown Whitby

Brookfield Residential is pleased to announce the unveiling of its newest condominium community, Station No.3, in the heart of Downtown Whitby. Located at the corner of Brock and Colborne Street just south of the Whitby Four Corners, this mixed-use condominium of approximately 150 residential suites and 10,000 square feet of retail space is currently in the design phase but anticipate a release date toward the end of 2019.  

Its name was inspired by Firehall No. 3 which proudly served the Whitby community for years from this location prior to its decommissioning.  While being respectful of the history of this site and surrounding areas, Station No. 3 will embrace a modern look and feel with many of the features and finishes that buyers of today come to expect in their suite or building.
